More Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
